Bliss (52), Wander Dussen (74) scored fifty. Following on, England scored 192 for one in 17.4 overs and won by 9 wickets. Jose Butler scored 67 (46 off 46 balls, 3 fours, 5 sixes) and David Malan scored 99 (47 off 47 balls, 11 fours, 5 sixes). With this victory the England team completely captured the series 3-0.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) yesterday released its 20-over match rankings based on the results of the series. England’s David Malan tops the batsmen’s list with 915 points. This made David Malan the highest-scoring batsman in the 20-over cricket rankings. The previous highest was 900 by Australian captain Aaron Pinch in July 2018.
